ConvertKit is my favorite CRM for growing businesses that want heavyweight capacity for a reasonable price that’s easy to use. It’s especially great if you sell products via Squarespace since they offer direct integration with Squarespace, and you don’t have to fiddle with and maintain Zapier integrations.

Flodesk is email marketing designed for coaches, creatives, bloggers, and small business owners. It’s modern, clean, and customizable – while also being incredibly intuitive and simple. Don’t choose FloDesk unless you plan to send mostly plain-text emails; it’s only a good option if you send designed email templates.

Not a day goes by when I don’t create a design in Canva. I’m borderline obsessed with this program. Benefit from thousands of professional templates, images, and quality content. Make email banners, social graphics, YouTube covers, Facebook banners, Ads, video intros, GIFs, reels for IG, website banners, ebooks, business cards, logos, or brochures – whatever you need to design, Canva can do it. You can also have a collaborative team, the designs are easy to share and download in any format, and if you have Canva PRO, you can easily resize one design to be used across any medium.
